What is “Projetista”

I learned a working style as “Projetista” from Professor Minoru Noda at Business school.

Projetista is a occupation in Italy. In Italy, almost companies are small companies, and they cannot conduct some project with internal resources, then they employ some projetista to conduct “the project”.

Projetista is not only consultant, and they are working as one of players in their life.

And clients have some merits for employment of projetista that clients have some knowhow and on-the-job training from projetista. Also, some clients cannot employ the specialists because they don’t need the expertise for long period.

So, I would like to challenge the projetista job style in Japan.
